Mission Statement

The mission of Central Point School District 6 libraries is to empower students and support teachers by helping them connect with critical informative and narrative resources, both digital and in print. We strive to be an integral part of our schools’ academic programs by supporting students’ independent reading and promoting information literacy across the curriculum. The library strives to produce creative, respectful students with an appreciation for literature and strong critical thinking skills.
